I had the privilege of representing the Reporting and Insights product team at Achievers Recognition Next 2024, where I showcased our latest innovations in data and analytics designed to transform how organizations engage, recognize, and empower their people.

The New Data Exports (aka NDE!)
We showcased a brand-new data exporting capability, built on a modern Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data warehouse. This upgrade isn’t just about faster performance—it’s about flexibility, control, and deeper insights for our customers.

Manager Toolkit – Empowering Recognition Champions
We also unveiled our Manager Toolkit, a new feature set designed to empower managers to become champions of recognition in their teams.
This includes:
- Personalized recognition insights for their direct reports
- Actionable nudges based on recognition trends
- Tools to drive inclusive recognition practices
- At-a-glance reports that connect recognition to team engagement
The Manager Toolkit bridges the gap between strategy and action – making it easier for frontline leaders to recognize, motivate, and retain top talent.
